Representative Employment Law Cases
Represent regional retailer in all employee litigation matters, including terminations resulting from theft and threats of violence; coordination of civil and criminal responses; and, providing advice on company position statements and news information released to the public and media.
Defend ongoing age, disability and race discrimination claims from the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and EEOC level through trial. Also assist employer clients in preparing and fine-tuning management training to handle hiring, promotions and discharges, as well as appropriate responses to discrimination charges.
