Hal Coffey is an associate in the Business Transactions practice group. He focuses his practice in Real Property and Business Law.
Hal represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition, financing and development of commercial and residential property, as well as lending institutions in mortgage financing. He also counsels landlords and property management companies in building operations and commercial tenants in leasing and purchasing situations.
Hal has successfully litigated a significant number of assessment appeals for both commercial and residential clients.
Hal is also a licensed title agent and the Coordinator of Settlement Services of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Grogan Graffam Settlement Company.
Hal has assisted clients in the development of new and existing business entities including reviewing, drafting and negotiating bid proposals and contracts. He also counsels businesses on employment, acquisition, regulation and joint venture issues.
Hal was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2007. Considered among the best in their profession, Rising Stars represent the top 2.5% of the practicing attorneys in Pennsylvania, age 40 or younger or in practice for ten years or less.
