Lee Miller is Of Counsel and a member of the Business Transactions practice group. He has over 50 years experience in real estate law, timber leasing, litigation and business organization and administration, and has appeared on behalf of clients before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Miller is a 50-year member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a 25-year member of the American Judicature Society. He served as Solicitor of O’Hara Township from 1969 to 1973.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller was a partner at his family law firm, Miller & Miller, founded in 1895.
