Ken Miller is a shareholder and member of the Business Transactions practice group. With over 30 years experience, he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law, tax law, business formation and administration and real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, Ken was managing partner at Miller & Miller, Attorneys at Law, which was founded by his grandfather, Harvey A. Miller, Sr. in 1895.
