Bethann has lectured on a variety of legal topics at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, as well as at legislative conferences held by the Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (PAHRA).
She was recently appointed to the Pennsylvania Joint Government Commission’s Advisory Committee on Wrongful Convictions. She is also a member of the Pittsburgh Maritime Club and an Associate Member of the Maritime Law Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Bethann served as counsel for the West Virginia House of Delegates Committee on Education.
Bethann was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Considered among the best in their profession, Rising Stars represent the top 2.5% of the practicing attorneys in Pennsylvania , age 40 or younger or in practice for ten years or less.
