Ray Pastura joined the firm in 2007 as Office Administrator with over 15 years of legal administrative and financial experience.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, Ray is also involved with general management of support staff, compensation administration, human resource management, performance evaluations and recruitment, as well as records retention administration and facilities management.
With a degree in accounting and computer management, Ray’s prior experience includes financial and administrative positions with a large personal injury plaintiff firm, defense, elder law and estate firms, and a large health care provider organization.
An active member of the Pittsburgh Legal Administrators Association, Ray has served as Treasurer, Newsletter Chairperson and Membership Chairperson for the association. He has also been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators for a number of years and has served as Chairperson of its Personal Injury Plaintiff affinity sub group.
