			Monique Luck received her Paralegal Certification from Robert Morris College in 1990. She joined the firm in 1991 as a Paralegal in the Litigation practice group where she assists trial attorneys in toxic tort and casualty cases, and environmental law defense litigation. As a member of Pittsburgh Paralegal Association, Monique currently serves as Chair of the Animal Law Section. She is a past chair of the PPA?s Continuing Legal Education / Professional Development Committee and the Neighborhood Legal Services Homeless Program Committee. Monique’s article entitled "Pennsylvania Proposed UPL Amendment: Paralegals Targeted Again" was published in the July/August 1996 issue of Legal Assistant Today.
