FIVE GROGAN GRAFFAM SHAREHOLDERS NAMED PA SUPER LAWYERS

PITTSBURGH, PA, May 25, 2010--Grogan Graffam, P.C. announced that shareholders Vincent J. Grogan, Joseph A. Macerelli, Leo G. Daly, Ronald J. Brown and John A. Bass were named Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for 2010 by Law & Politics and Philadelphia Magazine, an honor awarded to the top 5% of attorneys in the state.

Mr. Grogan, one of the founding shareholders of the firm, has been a trial attorney for over 45 years and is widely known and respected in commercial litigation matters, real estate law and professional liability defense. He served as President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 1997 and as President of the Allegheny County Bar Association in 1989. He currently chairs the Pennsylvania Bar Association Trust and serves as chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Lawyers Fund. Mr. Grogan is also a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission's Advisory Committee on Real Property Law. He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1960.

Mr. Macerelli chairs the Professional Liability practice group and has been a member of the firm's Board of Directors since 1986. He is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates his practice in medical malpractice and other professional liability defense. Mr. Macerelli is the President Elect of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He is also the Pennsylvania State Representative for the Defense Research Institute and a Past President of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Mr. Macerelli is Chairman of the Board of Canonsburg General Hospital and a director of West Penn Allegheny Health System. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1981.

Mr. Daly chairs the Litigation practice group and has been on the firm's Board of Directors since 2000. Mr. Daly's trial practice includes commercial litigation, product liability, class action work, toxic tort litigation, employment matters and insurance coverage issues. He serves as regional and national counsel for a number of manufacturers and sellers of goods and services. Mr. Daly is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and a past Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Civil Litigation Section. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1981.

Mr. Brown has been a shareholder since 1993 and chairs the Business Transactions Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in municipal law and municipal finance, including governmental bond issues and economic development project finance. Mr. Brown serves as solicitor to several municipal authorities. He also provides legal services for offerings of privately-placed securities and legal guidance to small business entities. Mr. Brown is a member of the Pennsylvania Securities Commission Attorney Advisory Committee, as well as the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association. He received his law degree from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law in 1976.

Mr. Bass has been a shareholder since 1994. He is an experienced trial attorney and concentrates his practice in medical malpractice and nursing home defense. Ms. Bertig, a shareholder and member of the Litigation practice group, joined the firm in 2000. She concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, products liability defense, insurance defense, toxic tort litigation and workers' compensation. Ms. Bertig received two bachelors degrees, magna cum laude , from Duquesne University in 1993 and her juris doctorate, cum laude , from Duquesne University School of Law in 1996.

Ms. Whalen is a shareholder in the Litigation practice group. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, professional liability, insurance defense and coverage matters and maritime law. Ms. Whalen received her B.S. from Allegheny College in 1996 and her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law in 1999. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, she clerked for Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania Judge Dan Pellegrini.

Mr. Coffey, a senior associate in the Business Transactions practice group, focuses his practice in Real Property and Business Law. He is also a licensed title agent and the Coordinator of Settlement Services of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Grogan Graffam Settlement Company. Mr. Coffey received his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 1996 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000.

Mr. Feeney is an associate in the Professional Liability practice group. He received his B.A. from Ohio Northern University in 1998 and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 2001. He concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home defense and legal malpractice. In July, Mr. Feeney will become Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. Prior to joining the firm, he was a staff attorney for Chief Justice Stephen A. Ms. Evans is an associate in the Business Transactions practice group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, real estate and commercial litigation. WATSON ELECTED ACBA FEDERAL COURT SECTION CHAIR

The role of the section is to propose and support changes and improvements in common and statutory law relating to Federal civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Watson has been President of Grogan Graffam since 1998 and a shareholder in the Litigation practice group since 1983. With more than 30 years of trial experience, he concentrates his practice in complex commercial, construction, maritime, insurance and product liability litigation.

PITTSBURGH, PA, February 5, 2010--Grogan Graffam, P.C. announced that Ruth M. Crabbs recently joined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Ms. Crabbs concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, insurance defense and general tort defense. Prior to joining the firm, she served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stephen P. Linebaugh of the York County Court of Common Pleas and as a legal intern for the Honorable Lisa P. Lenihan of the U.S. District Court for Western Pennsylvania.

Ms. Crabbs received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Lebanon Valley College in 2004 and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2008. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Allegheny County and York County Bar Associations.

Mr. Giancola received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2002. FEENEY ELECTED CHAIR-ELECT OF ACBA YOUNG LAWYERS DIVISION

PITTSBURGH, PA, June 3, 2009 – Grogan Graffam, P.C. announced that Michael K. Feeney was elected Chair-Elect of the Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. His three-year term begins July 1st and he will ascend to Chair on July 1, 2010.

Mr. Feeney has been an active member of the Young Lawyers Division since 2003 and was elected to YLD Council in 2006. As Chair of the Public Service Committee, he was instrumental in creating the Practicing Green Initiative which encourages law firms to reduce their environmental footprint. As Chair of the By-Laws Committee, Mr. Feeney organized the complete revision of the YLD By-Laws in 2007, including the amendments that solidified the YLD Diversity Committee as a permanent, standing committee, of which he is also a member. Mr. Feeney has also been actively involved in the Education Committee since 2004, serving as coordinator of several events including the Young Litigators Series and the Community Involvement Fair. In addition, he has helped present several CLE programs on avoiding legal malpractice for the ACBA’s Lawyers Insurance Committee.

Mr. Feeney is an associate in the firm’s Professional Liability Practice Group and focuses his practice on medical and legal malpractice defense litigation. He received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2001.

Mr. Evan brings with him over 30 years of trial experience. As a shareholder in the Litigation Practice Group, he concentrates in civil litigation with an emphasis on civil rights, workers’ compensation, municipal law, insurance law, general negligence law, premises liability, product liability, auto liability and contract litigation. Mr. Evan is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and the Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. BASS ELECTED TO ACADEMY OF TRIAL LAWYERS

Bass, a Grogan Graffam, P.C. shareholder since 1994 and a member of the firm’s Professional Liability practice group, was recently elected to the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. The Academy was founded in 1959 as an organization of both plaintiffs’ and defense trial attorneys dedicated to improving the civil litigation process. Membership is by invitation only and is capped at 250 lawyers.

Mr. Bass is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and nursing home defense. He has successfully defended hospitals, physicians and other health care providers on a variety of matters, and has practiced extensively before the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bass received his B.A. from Emory University in 1984 and his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1988. Mr. Macerelli chairs the Professional Liability practice group and has been a member of the firm's Board of Directors since 1986. Mr. Macerelli is Assistant Treasurer on the board of governors for the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and co-chair of the joint committee for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. WATSON APPOINTED TO STATE GOVERNMENT ADR ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Watson was recently appointed a member of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission’s Advisory Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution. This committee will assist the Commission’s Legislative Task Force on Alternative Dispute Resolution in conducting a comprehensive review of the current status of ADR practices and making recommendations on improving conflict resolution in the Commonwealth.

Mr. Watson has been President of Grogan Graffam since 1998 and a shareholder since 1983. Prior to becoming President, he chaired the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Harvey A. Miller, Jr. joins the firm Of Counsel. He has represented clients in estates and trusts, general business matters and litigation since joining the family firm in 1948. Mr. Miller has appeared on behalf of clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a member of the American and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He is Trustee Emeritus of Grove City College after having served on its Executive Committee for over 40 years. Mr. Miller is also a former Trustee of St. Francis Hospital and Passavant Hospital. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Sanctis Foundation.

J. Lee Miller has more that 50 years of experience in real estate law, timber leasing, litigation and business organization and administration. He joins the firm Of Counsel after having been a partner at Miller & Miller since 1950. Mr. Miller is a 50-year member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a 25-year member of the American Judicature Society. He also has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court and the courts of Pennsylvania.
